Do you charge per minute or per recording?
Neither. You pay per seat, and a seat records as much as it likes. Storage is the only ceiling, and it is generous.
What happens to my captures if I cancel?
They stay watchable for 30 days so nothing you already sent breaks. Export the originals any time during that window.
Can I mix paid and free seats?
Yes. Guests and viewers are always free, you only pay for people who record.
Is a card required for the trial?
No. The free plan has no timer on it, so there is nothing to trial and nothing to forget to cancel.
Do you sign DPAs and answer security reviews?
On Business and Enterprise. The SOC 2 Type II report, sub-processor list and DPA are ready to send.
